Title 24 Energy Calculations Services

Green Score Solutions proudly offers California Title 24 energy calculations for compliance with Building Departments anywhere in California. Not only are our staff certified through CABEC as CEPE (Certified Energy Plans Examiners), we are also experienced plans examiners for a large California municipal jurisdiction and have the “inside edge” for plan check  requirements.

We are ready to analyze your project and run the calcs on California approved software for small or large projects, whether they may be a simple residential addition, large custom home, tracts of residential development, multi-family apartments, or commercial “non-res” occupancies.

Being a green consulting firm, we strive to strategically design the calculations to conform with the requirements of LEED, Build It Green, and Energy Star certification programs. Also, we will provide the documentation requirements that earn Federal tax credits.

Prices for Title 24 reports are affordable, starting at $125.00 for simple projects. We work with drawings that can be sent via internet or delivered through conventional means such as UPS,  FED EX, or US Mail. Our reports can be delivered as a signed PDF pages ready to print on your plans pages.
